Apartment 01
**Three-bedroom top-floor apartment in a multi-family residential building – a deeply personal passion project.** A standard 1960s floor plan was transformed through personal dedication into a vibrant home full of character. Bold colour combinations, distinctive wallpapers and carefully considered lighting bring warmth and personality to the interior, while original architectural features have been thoughtfully preserved and seamlessly integrated into the new design concept.
This three-bedroom top-floor apartment in a multi-family residential building is one of my most personal projects – the very first home I planned, renovated and designed entirely myself.
Starting with a typical 1960s floor plan, I transformed the apartment into a home with a distinct identity. Preserving the original layout while keeping the project economically viable was a key priority. Existing features were carefully retained and thoughtfully integrated into a cohesive new design concept.
The result is a vibrant interior that embraces bold colours, distinctive wallpapers and carefully considered lighting. Every space tells its own story, combining character with a subtle sense of humour. The kitchen was completely redesigned and newly fitted, while the bathroom was carefully renovated.
Thoughtfully crafted details, expressive colour accents and a bespoke lighting concept give this apartment its unique character – a home that demonstrates how history, individuality and contemporary design can come together to create a truly personal living environment.
