Service Description

Focus Space is a concentrated design concept developed for a clearly defined area. It is intended for situations where a specific part of a space requires targeted optimisation — functionally, aesthetically and in terms of its overall impact. Rather than considering the entire spatial environment, the focus is deliberately placed on one particular area. Function, spatial organisation, materiality, lighting and furnishing are approached as an integrated system and carefully coordinated. The result is a clear and well-considered solution that delivers immediate value. Focus Space is particularly suited to clearly defined requirements such as home office areas, workstations, reading corners, reception areas or designated zones within a larger space. **Scope of Services** * Concept design for a defined area of up to 25 m² * Two 2D floor plan options for orientation (scale 1:50) * Mood board with initial proposals for materials, atmosphere and design direction * Approx. 45–60-minute online presentation and explanation of the concept * Delivery of all results in a structured PDF document **Process** To prepare the concept, you will provide the relevant information in advance, such as photographs of the area, dimensions or a floor plan, together with a brief description of the intended use and design challenge. Based on this information, the concept will be developed and presented accordingly.
